How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options via DHL and FedEx which can deliver within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are all your sneakers authentic?
Yes, NAKED Copenhagen is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from brands like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and Asics.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay customs and import duties?
For orders within the EU, all taxes and duties are included. For international orders outside the EU, you may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are determined by your local customs office.
